Almost all the games I've played so far made good to great use of the 3d effect. Ocarina of time and Luigi's Mansion 2 boast good to look at environments, the effect can help you decide where to land in Super Mario 3d land etc.

The only game that didn't utilize its potential was probably Shinobi 3d. (still a fun game though)
