The fact that China has some extremely tight regulation on media in general means that neither the xbox one or the PS4 will be very successful seeing as how all of the AAA high quality games are mostly M rated.

I think people forget about the plethora of Arcade games owned by MS.
Plus Rare, Twisted Pixel, Press Play, Turn 10, Lionhead are enough to cover non-violent/aggressive games in China.

This could be huge, minor or everything in between.

Just historical and political speaking, I think MS has a better chance there than any Japanese company.
