Because it's true. If there would be a game announced for PC and Xbox One and few months later they would announce  it is only on Xbox One you would have already 200 posts in this thread complaining baout how microsoft is moneyhatting everyone even without evidence. 

Just shows the difference, the chance is the same that Sony did or did not do it.

They tell us about upcoming PS4 exclusives for 2016... yet we don't have a damn clue what's coming from Sony after June on Vita!?!?!

I also don't think that Sony paid anything for it since it is only a concept yet (as long as it isn't a very very good one) and yes @Raven it wasn't a good idea to even mention Microsoft and how people would react if a game went from PC and Xbox One to only Xbox One.
