would you be able to confirm if metal gear portable ops is working on vita?

i'm pretty certain it wasnt that time i checked, if you can confirm i'd be very greatful.

 

Edit: i just read a comment i must have skipped saying that its avaiable on the european store but not so sure about NA. unfortunately i dont have my vita so could any one confirm if it is indeed playable?

 PSP digital compatability was mentioned before it was even known as Vita.  PS1 games we were told in November before launch they would not be there on launch.

Yeah but to be fair the 3DS eshop and virtual console were said about at launch and even now the trickle of NES and old Gameboy/Gameboy color games onto it is really slow.

Yeah but to be fair the 3DS eshop and virtual console were said about at launch and even now the trickle of NES and old Gameboy/Gameboy color games onto it is really slow.


To be fair being better than a company that has continually proven to be horrible at something isn't exactly an accomplishment that I would be very proud of.

Aye but I'm just saying that Sony/PSN/Vita offers a great deal more than Nintendo/3ds/Eshop but one of them has nearly 85% market share... and it is the one that charges 5-6euros for NES games.

Edit - I should point out that I am not trying to be anti Nintendo really, I love some NES games there are some fucking proper classics on that system, but I'm just pointing out that the same price which would get you Super Mario Bros for the NES would buy you MGS2 or 3 on the Vita.

Just tossing in my two cents--I'm pretty pro-Nintendo but when you're right, you're right.  My biggest gripe with them is how they refuse to throw us a bone.  Charging so much for 8-Bit games (good or bad), slowly trickling out the 16-Bit/64-Bit titles, locking content to one console, making us pay for a game like SMB3 even if we already bought it.  It gets pretty frustrating. Your post doesn't feel "anti Nintendo" from where I sit.

I know... I tried all the ports but it just wouldn't fit :(

It did however slot just fine into this! :D

inb4 I get flamed for having a ROM of something because I've only paid for it 4 times >.> (my original mario all stars is not pictured since it was getting cramped on my 3ds :D )
