Again though that's a bold ass prediction. What if Sunset Overdrive ends up being mind blowing? What if Quantam Break releases and is incredible?
That's what I mean, people are used to being in established trends as the last 3 years for console sales have pretty much followed a strait path. We are in the first steps of a new generation with lots of new IP's coming. Those two games could turn out terrible and do nothing, or they could be massive hits, and the next Gears of War for MS.
That's what my overall point is, people need to be ready for some epic twists and turns over the next few years, just look at how many curve balls got thrown to us last gen with sales trends.

Not that many after the initial groundwork was layed, honestly. PS3 caught up on 360 by virtue of its Europe+Asia market strength (which wasn't that difficult to predict) , Wii petered off early, PSP died in the west and got a second life in the east, and Kinect happened.

Again............................one more time.
I'm adressing the prediction of WEEKLY sales only being in favor of Xbox One during Halo week.
WEEKLY sales. All it takes is one game doing well like Sunset Overdrive for 1 WEEK to beat your prediction. Which is why I made the comment its too early to call something like that.
Why are some of you acting like I'm saying the One is going to come back and just start kicking ass and winning NA? I haven't alluded to that at all. The only thing I take beef with is the belife that PS4 will outsell the One every single week of the year other than 1 week.
That may be true, but at this point who the hell knows how individual games, or price drops will affect sales on a WEEKLY basis.
