You sure? You said you had a decent PC.
I have a shitty gaming laptop running an i5-3230M and a GT 630M. I could get Titanfall to run at 40-50 FPS during the beta at like 720P

I'm lying by sharing my own opinion? Ok then.
Sigs are dumb. And so are you!
Do you care about any indie games, or are you just a AAA game type of guy?

I like Indie games, to be honest I prefere Indie games over AAA games. Bastion is probably one of my favourite last gen games and Supergiant games is making a new game for PS4 and windows. On the otherside, The Behemoth is making a new title for Xbone.

Yup they are making the Transistor and it's coming out in May. Behemoths new game most likely won't release this year.
Plus PS4 will get a ton of indie games, and since those type of games are your personal favorite, I think the decision to buy a PS4 will be an easy one to make. Also recently it was announced Sony has 1000 Indie devs signed on to make games for their platform, whilst the Xbox One only has 250.
Do you like any third party games? You said your PC can't even run Titanfall, so I doubt it will be able to run something like Watch Dogs or Destiny. PS4 will, for the most part, be getting the superior versions of third party games and so I would assume that too sways your decision a little, unless you don't care about third party titles.

I like third party games as well. What do you mean by Ps4 will get the superior versions of third party games?

In terms of graphics/performance. For instance the resolution of a third party game is usually higher on the PS4.
Plus it seems Sony has quite a bit of exclusive content on the PS4 for some big multiplatform games. Ones I can think of right now is Watch Dogs as well as Destiny, two of the biggest games this year.
If you think the current and upcoming exclusives on Xbox One look better than PS4, get Xbox One. If you think the current and upcoming exclusives on PS4 look better than Xbox One, get PS4.
Plus another good question to ask is where do your friends play? Have they even upgraded to next gen? You said you were a long time 360 owner, so maybe if you're friends on 360 have upgraded to an Xbox One, not only would that make the transition easier (Because you already have a live account and whatnot) but you also get to play with your friends!
Based on what you said in the OP, you should get an Xone. However since you are asking us, I might as well say some things. You probably already know PS4 is $100 cheaper while the Xone has kinect. PS4 with PS plus gets you a lot of indie games while Xone with gold only gets you online play as far as I know. Also Titanfall released for 360 so if you were an avid 360 gamer this game might appeal to you for the 360. Depending on your favorite genres, you might want to consider the console which has your favorite genres.
