It used to be Capcom. There didn't used to be a game that showed that symbol that I wasn't excited to get my hands on. I can't rely on any of them anymore

Ubisoft and Take Two for me. They are very consistent with games ranging between "good" and "excellent".

Yes, they lost their ways over the years, but they are still able to make terrific handheld games.
...and Dragon´s Dogma .
...and kind of SEGA for publishing Yakuza and Platinum games´ titles over here.
