They have a lot of indies, but not an endless supply. When you also consider those currently willing to be a part of PS+, it most probably decreases.

Sometimes they have good months, and sometimes they can't find anything suitable in time. As the number of games they have to choose from increases, the potential for what you get does as well. I personally quite like MK, so i have no problem with the choice.

Regardless, as i said it's better than nothing. There is little sense in criticizing Sony for this when their competitors aren't doing anything at all. It's like getting annoyed at someone for running a race too slowly, while the other too are having a chat at the starting line :P It's pointless.

This is the 2nd best game on PS4 PS+ so far (resogun being the best). Certainly way better than Outlast. It's pretty great, your loss TC.

"Gamers" who complain about graphics SMH.

Gamers are probably the worst fanbase in the world. You can't do anything without some subsection being up-in-arms about how terrible of a decision it was and how they're now hating/boycotting the relevant company.

Some 2D games ARE BETTER than many AAA games with flashy graphics. There are people that love games because of GAMEPLAY. There are people that LOVE to make games, but they don't have the $200MILLION required to make a AAA game. There are people that are BRILLIANT at game design but much prefer making a game by themselves than being an insignificant cog in a giant dev studio.

You need to stop complaining. You have no idea how much hard work it is to make a game - even if it is 2D. You're getting a free game that's very popular and all you can do is complain about the lack of graphics.

I wish gamers would collectively shun this nonsense to the outskirts of the online community.

This to me is worse than fanboyism, because the people who are making these indie games are living their dream - making videogames for the love of it. And you just sit there in front of your console - not knowing jack shit about anything regarding game development - and complain about the lack of technological advancement in the software.

OK but your listing games that arent even out so they cant give them away, or games like stealth inc and steam world dig that have lower meta scores and are still pixel art games and also games that have been on other consoles or already even discounted on other PS platforms.

I think mercenary kings as a console exlcusive title at launch with the higher meta score was the correct choice this month.

I agree, fuck indie games, nothing good has ever come from them. I was expecting at least Fifa 14 this month.

Unsubscribe from PS+ if you don't like the games they are offering. It really is that simple.

I for one love the fact that we're getting anything at all in these early days of the console. I don't have this ridiculous expectation that Sony will give out every AAA game as soon as they are out. I used to be a great fan of old school Metal Slug, and I'll enjoy the heck out of MK.
