not this specifically. In general when a company does stupid things that rub you the wrong way you don't give them the light of day no matter what consoles you own. 

that goes without saying, i was talking about this specific topic, in this specific thread. We can go on all day about the evils of EA but that would be off topic and to be frank that is old ground.

This is EA remember.
As soon as *shiny new game title here* is released, peoples qualms about the company are all but forgotten. :P

Still, I personally found it relatively humorous, you can't go on through life completely serious and it should have been taken as a joke, which many people hadn't.

Not quite though... im a wiiu owner who thinks ea sucks d1€k, and i do buy some of their games... as a wiiu owner, i still also own the ps360, and a ps4. So they are being dickheads to their own fanbase too. But, you know what? The last laugh is on them, i will still buy ea games.... used. That way, i get to enjoy their bug filled games, and they dont see a dime! Its a win win. Although i buy few ea games.. still wish they never bought bioware...

I wonder how many people here laughed with Frostbite's tweets before deletion... probably in droves.

None of those tweets were remotely witty or clever. If you are going to take cheap digs - you might as well do them properly.
