It has finally been announced after all this time! Infamous is coming to the PS Vita! The story is said to follow the evil ending of Infamous 2 in which you play as another conduit to stop The Beast/Cole. The game will be releasing Spring 2015. Further details will be discussed at E3 2014. Only the European boxart has been shown as of now.
