Phil Spencer is the right man to put in charge of Xbox. Seriously, with Mattrick and pals gone, this man can right the wrongs of the past.

Gratz to Phil! I didnt like him at first, but over time he has grown on me and I am glad MS made this good move. It is refreshing them talking about focus on games instead of tv/app content.

Plus I think this is a guy who can repair the mess Mattrick left, people will forget as good games come out over the next year or 2.

The most interesting part I took for it is that 3rd party moneyhatting will grow bigger and their presentations will focus on games.

Doubt it, before it cost a lot less because developers expected the next Xbox and PS to sell around the same, now that the PS4 is significantly ahead its gonna cost a lot more for these third party exclusives.  This is assuming Microsoft snags exclusivity at the end of development rather than funding the game from the start.
