Their gaming division is. They're really running out of high profile IPs now that currently shift millions. Metal Gear Solid is about it on the "real" video game front. So Nintendo could potentially look at just aquiring that part of the business, or getting exclusivity out of it.
Even Pro Evolution Soccer/Winning Eleven is now massively down from it's glory days. Lords of Shadow 2 came off the back of the most successful CastleVania of all time and pretty much bombed (massive drop over it's predecessor).
They also currently have very little in development in general at the moment. So while Capcom is a bit more hand to mouth with it's finances, of the two it's probably in the better position from a market perspective.
But yes, either of them being picked up by Nintendo would make for some very interesting reading.
