PS2 Master Race

The average person doesn't know crap about shopping for PC parts nor building a computer of their own. Even though PC is the best way to play games most of the time, they (PC gamers) are the minority as well.

From a cost point of view (hardware + online subscription + library) :

1 console

The thing about PC is once you invest a large amount of money, you don't have to keep spending a ton of money for a long while. You just upgrade parts a little at a time.

Master Race that can't play many of the best games...


Master Ego Race. Truth is, PC is master race for multiplats that don't have MP (and actually end up on the system) then yeah, the game will undoubtably look better on a more expensive PC.

But I could never be a PC only gamer, I'd miss so many amazing games. Most game of the year never end up on PC and MP is full of hacks.

Well you could save up enough money to buy one.

Most people can save up for a PC gaming rig if they prioritize that over some things, even if they are not rich. If a gaming on a PC or next gen console is that important, people will find the way to obtain them. You could live in your moms basement, work a part time job and play Diablo 3 all day and night long on a ubber awesome PC gaming rig you saved up for.

Then you can come on forums like this and brag about your sweet PC that you are from your moms basement...lol. Put them specs in your sig!

As much as I enjoy my PC I could honestly agree with this ...

These individuals even go out their way into a console topic either in forums or on youtube to try to convert people into PC, or to just say "pc master race" just to feel relevant in gaming.

Hes right. No one on a PC is a created equal like console gamers. On consoles you can commune as one and PC depends truly on what type of hardware you can afford.
