Since I have both the PS Vita and the 3DS, I wanted to see which demo ran better between the two.  Of course I was already expecting smoother gameplay and such from the PS Vita, but I wasn't sure if the UI and all would be.  However, I noticed that the demo for the PS Vita version was much larger than the 3DS version.  I assumed that perhaps the demo just wasn't nearly as compressed or something.  

However, I realized that each demo was completely different.  The Vita version was as if you actually started off the game, and the 3DS version was starting you off somewhere random and was a bit confusing.  I don't really know why, but the Vita demo was pretty much better in every aspect, including the fact that they actually gave cutscenes.

I'm assuming that maybe demos can only be up to a certain size on the eShop, or there might be some kind of Nintendo policy that caused the demos to be so different.  However, it did have me wondering if the games are actually the same thing.  Does the Vita version perhaps actually have more content?  The demo certainly does and the 3DS demo does not really showcase the game very well.

Anyway, anyone else going to buy the game?  Demo help any in your decision?  Anyone else who have a 3DS and PS Vita who played both think the same thing I did?

I didn't know there was a Vita demo, I'll DL that tonight if I can remember. It wouldn't surprise me if Nintendo has a lower limit for 3DS demo sizes, though.

I'm holding off of demo and purchase because of Atlus, but I'll be getting it soon enough.

Yup.  They came out pretty recently.  It's something like 600MB for the Vita.

played the demo on my vita but haven't check it out yet on my 3DS

Sadly it's shorter, makes less sense (as to what's going on), has no cutscenes in it, and its framerate isn't stable.  The Vita version did have slowdown in some areas, but for the most part had a stable framerate.  

When you check it out, I would like to hear what you think and if you agree with what I said.

I already have the Vita copy preordered, and am intentionally not playing the Demo. But I am glad to hear that people find it enjoyable.
