Forums - Nintendo - 3DS gamepad

If Nintendo already do it lock thread.

What if Nintendo done the reverse of ps4Vita connectivity?

You don't use your gamepad to play wiiu games, but wiiu to play 3ds (wireless) games on your tv.

Would you endorse it or graphics hit would be to bad for you to bother?

I guess it'd be a cool feature, but important enough to spend time and resources developing? I don't know.

Kind of like the Game Boy Player? It's a cool idea, but it's something I could live without.

I would endorse it, but you would need an accessory to hook up 3DS games to the Wii U (I doubt the 3DS has the processing power to stream games to it), and most people would rather just buy a 3DS than shell out for an accessory.

Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

Waste of time and effort I would think.

Wouldn't be possible to use Wi-Fi to transfer the image and WiiU could decode it?

I was think on gameboy and psp remote connection (poorly used as far as I know and tried)

No thanks. I quite like the 3D feature and wouldn't trade it for a larger-, possibly stretched, screen.

If Nintendo could find a way to let us use our 3DS systems as controllers that would be really neat though.

I would like it if Nintendo would design a device that allows you to ply DS and 3DS games on the Wii U. It's like the Game Boy Player on the Gamecube where you could play your: Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance games on TV. Same goes with the N64 Game Boy Control Pack and the Super Game Boy on the Super Nintendo.

Wouldn't that kinda kill the 3ds sales though?

Nvm, if you meant that u still need a 3ds to do it, then yea, that would be cool and I think the wiiu would be strong enough to even upscale it

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

It would look beyond horrible on a HD TV. 3DS is what, 240p?
