It was a pretty dramatic thing back in my highscool days because our classroom held about 40 people and we had, at the front of the class, a big stand. So whenever we had to give our oral exams (which was often) we had to go to the stand and do the exam in front of the class. And that stand was pretty fucking big so everyone, even the guys from the back where able to see you.

At that time of our lives we guys where horny most of the time and it didn't help that our female classmates where pretty damn hot. I never divised a plan to hide my boner and to be honest I think my classmates where just as stupid at that time. If I only had this guide at that time...

Well for me,
In middle school, went to all boys school, that helped.

In high school, guys had to wear khaki pants. This made everything easier to hide.

In college (present)- been rejected so much by women in high school, no longer feel that strong feeling of arousal.
