Guerrilla Cambridge isn't.  They made the MediEvil series, have contributed to stuff like Wipeout and Heavenly Sword, and made probably the best Killzone campaign in Mercenary.  

The problem is that quality does not equal success and great games consistently underperform for reasons not in their control, like lack of marketing or releasing on a failing system.

I would love to work at Sony.

The re-org and trimming of the fat that is needed. It is about time Sony did an audit of their 1st party studios. 

Sony does need to get its finances in order. They've been making insane loses for years so its time to clean house. Sucks for the people involved.

Trimming the fat. Sony isn't fucking around anymore. PC division not working? Boom. Sold. TV line teetering? Sink or swim, bitches. First party studios having too many people not really contributing or sucking up years of time and tons of resources for a project that looks like a disaster? Thanks for your time now get the hell out. A lot of people poke fun at Kaz Hirai in good humor but he's probably the best thing that could have happened to Sony right now. No one in the company is untouchable at this point and he's made it pretty obvious that holding onto something because "...well maybe it will..." is not going to cut it anymore.

Id rather they kill all three of those companies if it meant saving companies like ND and SSM.

(Obviously I dont mean to sound cruel to all of those who'd lose a job but yeah...)
