Nick Chester, Harmonix Publicist:

InFamous: Second Son is a really weird direction for the sequel to Marc Eckō’s Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure.

I laughed.

Are you currently playing Infamous: SS? Because as im playing i cant help but think of that game too lol

it hasn't raised the bar for me personally - i'm waiting my 2nd copy from amazon as the first was corrupt disk  Cant wait to play it though.

Though Metacritic seems to be the be all end all when it comes to how good this game is I can honestly say that after playing it it's everything I thought it would be and more! It is, without a doubt, the best looking game I've ever played.

That's why I don't buy things from online retailers. If there's an issue it just makes everything take twice as long when you have to return it.

Even the devs do drive-by PC trolling now!

What do you mean "now". They pretty much invented it. You ever heard of Cliffy B?

Got to say, the lighting in this game is brilliant.

you're not wrong but we're beginning to run out of options these days - and to be honest Amazon's customer service has been brilliant so far so I have 100% confidence in them to get it sorted.  they even said it's common practice by them that if the same custometr has 2 of the same issues with a game they bought (ie if my next copy of infamous SS is the same) - they will automatically investigate the product and good enough quality to be sold.

In my opinion - so many companies can learn a thing or two about customer service from them.
