thats a very modest number... and I don't believe him.

i hightly doubt 1M would get ubisoft to make a VR exclusive game.   more like a VR capable game. 

..probably fairly cheap to just add simple VR support not unlike 3D capable games.

They are smart. You know those first 1 million people are going to be "hardcore" gamers and they will buy any new software for their new and shiny vr headset. The attach rate will be very good if the vr headsets sell well of course.
