Ubisoft says 1 million VR devices will need to sell before they consider it for development.

thats a very modest number... and I don't believe him.

i hightly doubt 1M would get ubisoft to make a VR exclusive game.   more like a VR capable game. 

..probably fairly cheap to just add simple VR support not unlike 3D capable games.
