Is there a special day on which you expect the announcement?

I think I will buy the console which gets VR first. Actually I wanted Oculus Rift, but I have no $10000000000 for a high end pc

I hope so :D But I think VR + Kinect would be cool, too !

The input delay from Kinect would make that a horrible experience.

As to the thread topic, the driving the future of playstation is in about 8 hours. That is when most people expect a vr device to be announced.

If they announce it at GDC, they will announce it at GDC.

Is there a way to follow that event live?

I've heard that cameras will be strictly forbidden when the VR headset is being revealed, so I guess there won't be a live video stream... But I'm so curious!
