I had to laugh at "Watch as real gamers become champions"
Then I thought to myself, good suggestion MS. *switches on ESL stream*

I Wonder if MS will ever realize that Kinect Sports will Never be as popular as Wii Sports

No but Kinect Sports has sold roughly 8 million copies. Or are we going to act like that is bad?

Whats bad is that downward slope going from 5.81 to 2.18. But all I am saying is they should just focus on the hardcore games that make their systems a must own instead of Kinect Sports of all things... Care about the casuals after you taken care of the hardcore

As far as im aware 2.18m is still very good, specially considering it was the very next year. And we both know that 2.18m is very good. It doesnt need to be "as popular".
2nd off the hardcore is taken care of. Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Killer Instinct, TitanFall, Forza, Plants vs ZOmbies, and all your multiplats are already released with Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, Halo, other multiplats etc coming soon. Harcore has been MSFT's first priority and the library shows that in present time and future, so it is fine for them to release "1" game that is kinect focused. Especially considering Rare seems to have made a high quality one with the first ever Kinect Scanning technology. Will it turn out to be some craze like Wii Sports? No, but does that make it not successful? No

Well, that kinda depends on how much it sells cause there aren't many casuals buying the X1 (considering its pricetag) and I doubt many hardcore people would even care about Kinect Sports so instead of using resources for that, they still should have used it for something else and made Kinect Sports when the X1 has more of a casual userbase as well as a hardcore... Sure, the games u have said will satisfy a lot of people but no one wouldn't benefit from getting more games faster or a new IP or some sort of exclusive and etc... I think those Kinect Sports resources would have been better spent else where at this point in X1's life cause I highly doubt many people would even bother... Just look at Wii Sports Club for the wiiU, I am sure its bearly selling even with a larger userbase... The only benefit of wii sports club is that it probably took a lot less resources than Kinect Sports cause its basically just a port

I was more talking about Kinect Sports 1 and 2 when talking about sales, not KSR. Though i made it confuisng by talking about the quality it appears to be with the tech. My fault on that one xD
Idk if KSR will be successful or not but i will say it looks good. I think the release date is iffy. I expect it to sell average up until the holidays which should suit it much better. I would predict 1-2m lifetime considering that these type of games are holiday games that usually has legs and are included with bundles on occasions as well.

Lolll, yeaa, no worries. The first two were successful, I do agree with that, my original comment was just towards this one rather than the previous ones but I guess I should have cleared it up as well! Anyway, glad we got that cleared up
