Marc Whitten and Jackie T are going to form their own Console Division at Amazon.

So both Mattrick and Whitten in a period of not even a year apart. I think its pretty clear MS is doing some major restructuring of their games division. Smart decision after how much they completely screwed up the early Xbox One days

Obviously that means that Xbox is doomed. I don't see any other reason.

Wouldn't that mostly be on Mattrick though?  Spencer was there last year for the big mess too but I would agrue that he's one of the stronger leads they have. I didn't see Whitten mess up from a PR stand point at all last year. I did however see Penello, Major Nelson and Phil Harrison looking like complete idiots with mix messaging. Then there's Greenburg but he's always a dick anyways. I thought Spencer, Whitten and Yusif were a strong trio.

All the main managers of Xbox should have been fired last year after the horrible X1 reveal.

Losing more and more people? Xbox has lost two people in the past year, and one of them was a massive PR nightmare. Sony has lost one. I'll miss Jack Tretton, but he's not the glue that holds SCEA together.
