Forums - Nintendo - Moon Chronicles has reach the final stretch of development.

Jools Watsham of Renegade Kid has mentioned on Twitter that Moon Chronicles — the upcoming, episodic first-person shooter — has reached the final stretch of development. They’re currently fixing bugs and polishing the game and will be submitting it to Nintendo “soon.”

Shouldn’t be that much longer of a wait.

I'm still not that confident. Its a FPS and all, but episodic and a remake is not something that i'm really into. But i guess this will really help to attract the werstern crowd on 3DS, since they are not that into it yet.

"Hardware design isn’t about making the most powerful thing you can.
Today most hardware design is left to other companies, but when you make hardware without taking into account the needs of the eventual software developers, you end up with bloated hardware full of pointless excess. From the outset one must consider design from both a hardware and software perspective."

Idk how this will turn out... The main reason why there arent that many shooters is that the 3ds doesnt have dual analog sticks... Yea u can buy the circle pad pro but only like 3 games support it... But we will see

But motion controls on the 3DS are much more better then a second analog.

Just look at Resident Evil: Revelations when you change the Aim to Gyro in the Options for True Panarama View to move your Aim to shoot Zombies.

Star Fox 3D with Motion Control is another good example.

I would rather use Motion Control to move the camera around, because it's cooler, but it wouldn't work on Home consoles, except for the Wii U.
