OT: Since the Zithromax is working it's (most likely) either chlamydia or gonorrhea, possibly both. The only way to really confirm it is to do some tests, which are only possible if you go visit a doctor. Have you already done that now?

The guy has appointment around 13:00 tomorrow (XD)

 

But if he treated with Zithromax, and the symptoms faded which they largely have: Then the tests should come back negative, yeah?


The only remaining symptom however is something that is causing him distress. You see, if you google irritated, inflamed or swollen meatus, you will see a bunch of threads where people are being tested negative for STDs yet the swollen part remains. It seems irreversible.

The lower part of the meatus tip is puffed and a bit swollen. Its very hard to tell unless you light a flashlight and really look close. Theres a birth mark for instance on the opening of the tip but its always been hard to spot unless you open the tip. Now however, its visible to the naked eye. Its as if the opening has been a bit enlarged and it doesnt seem to fade. Its as if the tip is convex rather then concave if that makes any sense.

This leads to a little bit of stingy feeling right after ejaculating as well as some general annoyance when coming in contact with clothes. Upon urinating and ejaculating, there is also some remainders that needs a bit of a squeeze to get out. It's not really that bad but obviously it's not the same as it used to be.

There is no other signs other than the change of shape. I guess he just has to learn to live with it? How awful..

The guy gave a urine test and was told he would recieve a call if it was positive for anything within a week. Otherwise he should get a new appointment with a specialized doctor there should his problems get worse or not fade (swollen tip which could do due to a lot of friction, lack of lube and rough sex in general).

Bold: Yeah, probably. But at least he can get the doc's opinion lol. And he can exclude the more serious stuff (should get an HIV test, even if he doesn't have any symptoms right now)

Well, he should give it some more time and see if it fixes itself. Maybe stop spanking it so hard.

He will try to stop spanking it so hard but is there really a possibility of HIV from just oral sex? The doctor wouldnt even test for it and she also said that its too early anyway since its only been like two weeks.

There is, if the girl had bleeding sores in her mouth or something . Better safe than sorry tbh. It's never too early to diagnose HIV, really, with more sensitive tests (PCR). The guy probably doesn't need to worry about it though. But he should keep it in mind if he gets sick for no apparent reason months/years later.

The guy will wait a month and get a HIV test probably :)

So dermatologist looked at the guys penis and said everything looks fine. The guy states the only annoyance he has is that he must clean his tip more thoroughly after urinating. The urine test for chlam and gonn came back negative and it was said to show even if treated during 4 weeks so its more likely the guy only had trauma by vigorous sex which was made worse by aggrevating swim shorts (fishnets).

In short, guy is fine and will go on with his life. Will get a test for HIV/Syph in June just to be on the safe side.

Ohhhhh I missed this thread while I was banned...

Good to hear the guy is fine... I had STD just one time and it was some fungus infection... that was years ago, some 10 years ago
