Forums - General - Bored with my Wii. :(

I have tons of games, I just didn't add them on here, as I'm horribly lazy.

My library for Wii:

SMG
MP8
Wii Play
Wii Sports
Mario Strikers: Charged
WarioWare
Endless Ocean
Battallion Wars II
Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games

I don't remember what else, as I'm at work.

I've also gamefly'd I don't know how many games.

We'll miss you George.

I bought a Wii just after launch, and it was really fun at first, but after a year or so of having it, I just kind of stopped playing it, at all. The motion sensing controls are really nice at first, but once the newishness wears off, it gets redundant.

Anyone else have this problem?

Also, your opinion isn't shared by me, and I trust mine more.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

Thank you for that, Zen. :)

I've had the opposite experience. I bought mine launch date, and it was the 1st New-gen console I got and have been very happy with it. The motion controls are very fresh to me. I makes games like Trauma Center, Zack and Wiki, and Mario Galaxy an absolute joy to play. I started playing video games when I was very young and after 15 years I kinda felt that pressing lettered buttons was getting redundant, i'm happy the Wii offers something new.

The first honest wii owner. Admitting that he's bored with it. I respect you for that. I've not yet been bored with 360, and for a while I was bored with PS3 but not anymore.

Ok. The lack of Zack & Wiki is the first thing that jumps out at me.

That jump is followed by the lack of Zelda, RE4, Metroid 3 and Umbrella Chronicles... And what the hell, you should probably add Rayman Raving Rabbids in there too.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

happened to me as well mate and that's why I'll be soon shelling out money for a Bravia HDtv along with a PS3.

I did RE4 and Metroid to death on Gamefly.

As far as the others, thank you very much, I'll give them a shot.

We'll miss you George.

You really only have 3 hardcore games on there, if you count strikers. I would advise picking up something like Super Paper Mario, or any of the aforementioned games. You have a long ways to go before you reach Wii-nirvana.

My Games of 2011:

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Super Mario 3D Land

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception

Gamefly'd Super Paper Mario, also.

It was fun in concept, but got stale quick :/

We'll miss you George.
