Only one more SDK update to exceed the 1000p mark. The leaked footage looks terrible though (at least the gifs I saw), so not really hyped for this.

Agreed, 30fps is a joke if it randomly drops 5 fps it totally noticable.

Does every game really need to be 60fps? |
It would be great if it was. A responsive game is always a joy to play.
And what think-man said above. My favorite example is DmC. What a fun game. Every once in a while your fps chuggs and you fall in a bottomless pit. The game would be insanely more enjoyable if the FPS was constant and at 60. Action games in particular really benefit from the responsiveness and fluid gameplay.
And yes... i know. PC version.
New screenshot from the Xbox one version, really don't see any difference between 960 or 1080
There seems to be a misconception about PC and 4k. It's not like suddenly all gaming PCs can handle it. You need a considerable amount of power. Only very few high end systems will bring this game above 4k@30fps.
For perspective, a GTX780ti alone won't even manage any current game with respectable graphics above 30fps.

On neogaf they are expecting that the division on PS4 will also be a huge downgrade compared to PC...
PC master race confirmed. While playing at 4K isn't an option for most, there are many, many 1440p monitors out there, and a decent PC card should be able to run the game comfortably at that higher resolution.
C'mon xbox1, soon you'll be able to 1080p, we can see every step you make toward FHD, do not give up, you can make it...
RIP ps3, xbox360.
welcome home ps4 and X1
1080p is more than enough for me and my PC lol. You need to get 2 gpus that cost 2xps4+Xbone to play this on ultra 4k over30fps
Guys, the internal resolution could very well be 4:3 like the OP said, it's just get scaled to 16:9. Check out anamorphic widescreen. Metal Gear Solid 4 used this technique, it was rendered internally at 1024x786 which is a 4:3 resolution.
