Or maybe Nintendo of Spain just got it wrong and put things from various Mario games in. Why would the question block be there? Sure, there's been a fake item box, but like the normal item boxes, it was see-through. These aren't Mario Kart 8 items, they're just recognizable objects from Mario games.
