who said that the titanfall bundle was desperate? Both bundles make sense IMO.

Actually giving away a 3rd party game, from day 1, 3 months in to the generation is deperate (it means MS has to pay EA out of pocket) at least a little bit. Not desperate is producing a bundle that sells for a higher price (though perhaps Sony doesn't take its platform holder cut), that's standard practice and has been in place with PS4 since it launched. And is standard practice across all console platforms. Giving away a 1st party game is more common, but we should note that Second Sons is not a giveaway either.

If VGC pre order data is to be trusted. Then Sony is doing the right thing.

PS4/Xbone versions of the game are outselling last gen ones by a huge margin.

i would agree with you but correct me if im wrong but its likely watchdogs will be a physical copy, my killzone ps4 bunlde i got a physical copy with it :)

Well I was allready corrected that the bundles will cost more and aren't a free game.

Otherwise what you are saying coems from a old tradition of embracing the physical game over a digital copy. Sure there is that feeling of displaying your game and selling it to gamestop for a fraction of the cost where as a digital copy is transparant and non sellable, but times are a changing and the game is still the same game.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
