Um, really? This game is totally being seen as a next gen game. Right here on this site according to VGChartz the Xbox One has 378,000 preorders while the 360 version has only 79,000. How can you explain that discrepancy if they're going to "sell more for 360?" Especially considering the Xbox One/Titanfall bundle. I think this is a huge misconception that because of the 360 install base, there will me more copies of Titanfall sold on it.

You could be right, but I think the reason the 360 version has so few pre-orders is the fact that nobody has seen/heard anything about it. Regarding it being seen as a next-gen game, I think it would be more accurate to say it is being seen as the next-evolution of the first-person-shooter. Nothing about Titanfall is particularly next-gen, and I do not say that to discredit the game, it is just that when the casual gamer judges a game, they often judge it by the visuals alone.

Just mark my words, Titanfall will surpass Killzone in 1 week. This is THE game all the gamers are waiting for. Don't know if it is going to move consoles but most xbox one owners will get this game.

So do you think the preorder charts are wrong or that titanfall simply has mega huge untracked demand on the 360 and PC? would be interesting if the One is the smallest install base for it, I guess that would mean we are looking at 6 million+ for new franchise.

I'm just new to this forum. 

But let me explain.  Just looking at all my friends everyone IS going to get the game. And did you see the  insane pre-orders, that should be alot more in 2 weeks. That is only US, what about the rest of the world. So yes the game is going to surpass Killzone, if not in a week it will get the goal in a month.
