Cardiomyopathy and very acute hypothyroidism and a couple mental issues. No not mentally challenged just severe anxiety and schizoid personality disorder. Does not affect my ability to game tho. If anything Gaming is pretty therapeutic for me.

There is a pretty well known wow raider called Hexu (in game ofc) who plays the game completely blind as well. His story is pretty amazing and I'm so happy there are guilds like this in the community of players of warcraft to take care of a veteran like this after how he lost his sight.
