Before I looked at the figures in this thread 120,000 came to mind but I don't know if Sony will be able to provide that number of consoles anyway. Normally a launch has some momentum though, not everyone can buy on day 1 or the first week so 120k stock permitting.

It sounded to me like they are doing a more stable supply in Japan than they did with Europe and US launches, so I think its sales decrease won't be as large. I could be wrong though.
