Isn't this standard in a tech company. Nintendo has the money, they realized they needed more employees for the HD generation, so they are hiring.

It's a win-win situation. Unfortunately, Sony won't get back their buildings in the long run while Nintendo will sell all the unsold Wii U's next generation as a new console, just like the GC-Wii.
