I'm in the same boat, was waiting for the price to drop in the 35-40 Euro range, now I don't see myself buying it at all, the upgrades are nice, but mostly cosmetic.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

I'm also somewhat surprised, but there's 2 reasons why I kina saw it coming:

The leak that also got February right listed it. Now they got it spot on again.
I asked PlaystationNL (Playstation Netherlands) on Twitter 2 days ago what was up with PS+ and when it would be announced. They got back to me, and told me they couldn't announce it yet at the request of a publisher/developers, so that was probably the team behind Tomb Raider.
