I'm also somewhat surprised, but there's 2 reasons why I kina saw it coming:
- The leak that also got February right listed it. Now they got it spot on again.
- I asked PlaystationNL (Playstation Netherlands) on Twitter 2 days ago what was up with PS+ and when it would be announced. They got back to me, and told me they couldn't announce it yet at the request of a publisher/developers, so that was probably the team behind Tomb Raider.
