This is about the dumbest thing I have ever read on this matter.
Very easily, white people do have a MUCH easier time in any country I have ever been in. Even countries where white people are a small minority. White people are by far the least discriminated against people. In the US, people were murdered and enslaved for being non-white, even as late the 1940's where the US was rounding up people and putting them in concentration camps based on their East-Asian ethnicity.
Maybe gay white people are discriminated against, particularly in Russia and the US, but sexuality is outside of ethnic reasoning.

A Heterosexual White British Male in the 20s-30s is the most discriminated against demographic in the UK.
I used to get called white shit at my primary school and I was one of 4 white people in my class as I live in an area with a large population of people from western Asia and if I said anything at all back (not even referring to race) I was instantly accused by the very same kids of being "racist" because it had already been drummed into them that if anyone says anything against them, it's because of their race, not what they are doing/how they are acting.
I've got past that, I have a wide range of friends from a large number of ethnic backgrounds and I think I live in one of the most multicultural tolerant societies in the world. It's not perfect but I have to say, when I went to the US, I was shocked at how much racial profiling goes on in airports etc.
Last year I had a very opinionated pakistani taxi driver who was complaining about all the Eastern Europeans who are migrating here at the moment and how they're invading "our country". I kind of made me chuckle as that was exactly how previous generations viewed asians coming over in the 60s. Thankfully for the most part all that is history and we have a very open society on the whole. I was one of the first generations to grow up with diverse ethnic demographics already established in the UK, so to me it's completely normal.
To answer the OP, yes of course white people should be allowed in the conversation of multi ethnicity. Without this, there will never be a real solution. I think in some countries, there needs to be much more education to stop the xenophobia and inherent racism cultures have. But hopefully, as with gay rights etc, it's something that will naturally resolve itself with future generations.
I think in 40-50 years time, our children and grandchildren will look back and wonder why the hell there was ever such a fuss over gay marriage/rights much in the same way I cannot comprehend how anywhere could ever have had seggregation based on the colour of someone's skin.
