Watch Dogs, Driveclub, Destiny, The Order: 1886 to name a few

i know it's easy to dismiss titanfall as a CoD clone but techinically it is a new ip.  then there is the order 1886 which is a guess a gears clone but still technically new too.  and project spark is just a littlebigplanet clone so let's fuck that shit too. and driveclub,.. meh, cars have been around for like 1000 years now.  and i suppse we should remove knack and ryse because those sucked.  and of course we should completely forget about quantum break because fuse sucked.  and watch dogs was delayed so that certainly doesn't count.  and destiny, pshh, that won't be out for months so we can't count that either. and who could not forget about resogun, rime, below, d4, hohokum, colbalt, helldivers, tiny brains, lily bergamo, mercency kings, outlast, natural doctorine, everyone's gone to rapture, transistor, ect but let's face it,... indies aren't games.   and we certainly can't count deep down cause free to play isn't worth the price of entry. 

so i completely agree with you.  not one fucking new IP this gen. the only game i am able to play on next gen consoles is call of duty and that shit's been stale for years.

Well, for Nintendo there is of course The Wonderful 101, NES Remix 1 and 2, Nintendo Land, ZombiU, Lego City. But that's about it since it's release I think. There is supposed to be a few coming up as well like Miyamoto's new IP, but I think most of the hype is going towards MK8 and Smash. Not a whole lot of studios/publishers seem to want to take many chances on new IP's. Mostly just the indies.
