I thought I heard something about him working on a new IP for Sony last year at E3

Last I heard, he was working on a PC shooter (browser game) and a PC car combat game like Twisted Metal. But if there's a PS4 dev kit, then that really only means he's working on a PS4 game too.

Edit: Or he was visiting a friend.

Why would Jaffe tweet a pic of JAK & Daxter ?
Of all the things to post. He could of posted a pic of him and his friend, a pic of the entire studio.
I think this is a hint of things to come...... Jak & Daxter PS4.
