Title says it all. What is the next Pokemon game that is going to be announced? Possible choices include: Pokemon Z, Wii U game, spinoff, etc. Some spinoffs include Mystery Dungeon, Ranger, Conquest, etc.

My prediction: Pokemon Ranger for 3DS! (spinoff) Probably announced before E3 and most likely in the CoroCoro magazine. Not sure how spinoffs get announced from Nintendo.

What are your thoughts?

Edit: Wow... I deserve to banned, I forgot Ruby, Sapphire remakes :O

Ranger 3DS is a good call, though have we had a Mystery Dungeon game with the Gen 6 pokemon yet? Not sure to be honest, I'd like to say RSE remakes for the nostalgia

I really don't know for sure. I doubt Mystery Dungeon, since that already has a 3DS title. Ranger is certainly a possibility. I don't expect a main series title to come until 2015.

On a side note, what I want is a Colosseum/XD type game for the Wii U. Thank would make my day..... or my life.

Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire will come and be a huge remaster! *look at XY o.O Anywayzzzz i dont think Z/Remakes will come out intill 2015 so they wont announce it intill dec/jan 2015 and be dated for a summer release (thats how i see it). Pokemon WiiU game might be next "Official" announcment and it looks like a fighter!

In the core franchise (that being remakes and well... main titles) a remake for Ruby and Sapphire will be announced. However, I don't expect that to be announced until next year or really late this year. So a spinoff could and most likely will be announced before that happens.

Ranger is an okay call, but I'm not sure if GameFreak is continuing with that series. The most recent announcement is Trozei for the 3DS, so there! There's already been an announcement.

Deleted Pokemon Z for Wii U form the poll and added Ruby/Sapphire remakes.

Z for Wii U sounds very unlikely, but so does that MMO... xD

The last Mystery Dungeon game, Gates to Infinity, did not feature Gen 6 Pokemon, but it was on the 3DS.

I think the only way we'll get an actual Pokemon game on the Wii U is if Nintendo threatens to end GameFreak if they don't make it. Like they would literally blow up their developing studios and offices with all their employees inside.
