Forums - Gaming - How to detect a bad game?

First thing I'll do with this list is cross out 3 and 4.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

In the old days this...

...was the seal of bad on a game.

Honestly, short of playing it, the best way to find out if a game is worth your money is to read the reviews. And I don't mean just look up the scores, but actually reading the reviews. There's a certain language to reviews, and if you can decipher it through your own personal lens, you can usually come to some safe conclusions.

Failing that, the back of the box is usually pretty easy to read.

I believe in honesty, civility, generosity, practicality, and impartiality.

If you at any point see "nStigate" on the box, do not touch it.

Points 1 and 2 are almost the same. Movie games are always released on every platform available. If they could get their hands on the Virtual Boy, they would probably release it on their too.

Those were good points, though.

You got this idea fom The Lego Movie Video Game.

by the metascore!!

disney had a lot of good games back in the days, lionkind, aladin,hercules.... all realy great games.

If the game comes out in 24 hours but reviewers don't receive a copy, that's normally a bad sign.

But two of my favorite games i played last year was Capcom-games

What are those? Capcom made one of my favorite games of all time (okami). But recently they are going down.

Phoenix Wright Dual Destinies and Dragon's Dogma. Have to say that i was really surprised how good DD was

Dragon's Dogma = My new favorite game I've ever played. It's an awesome game and it's so different thatn what I'm used to from Capcom.

You're welcome to date my little sister.  She's a nurse.  Just graduated college a few months ago.
