I think Sony is going to do the obviuos and drop the price $100. But I also think they are going to give the ps3 20 gig another run in the US. This puts the PS3 at the $400 and $500 price point and they'll actually have games this holiday. I don't think that the PS3 will catch the wii until maybe late in this generation, but that should put the ps3 around 360 numbers.
