Forums - Nintendo - NewEgg Description Says You Can Design Your Own Tracks In Mario Kart 8

This would add tons of value to the game for sure. Even the basic level editor for Diddy Kong Racing DS (paint a track on the touch screen and adjust the level of random curvatures) managed to increase the game's replayability greatly.

Add a track-sharing feature similar to the one Halo 3 offered and this could be huge.

I honestly don't believe this is true, but if it is, WOW!! Even more reasons to get this already awesome game!

Well after what MrBean35000VR and the community for the Custom Tracks pulled off with Wii I can only feel like what Nintendo would deliver will disappoint. Im actually really hoping he can hack WiiU and get custom tracks back for MK8

Hopefully it is similar to the creation tools in ModNation Racers. It was very simple using that.

and i can't wait for the thread arguing that sony stole this innovation from nintendo!

i think they should do it, even if its only a very basic builder
i think they should add skills and item shop kinda like Mario tennis open

Nintendo copying the innovation from Sony and ModNation confirmed!! This shows how d00med they are.

Fuck Newegg, they always get people's hopes up, don't get over hyped about this guys!! It would be epic if we could but Don't believe it till Nintendo announces it

It'll happen.  Nintendo does everything first.  Even the things they don't do first.

Would be pretty bad ass. This game looks like it'll shape up quite nicely.
