Ok so let me be the one that makes ridiculous predictions.

300k for X1
800k for Titanfall

(I know I'm exagerating but I do it for the fun)

Ahh, but the 360 version is delayed 2 weeks isn't it?  Also, the PC version isn't going to impact anyone who would buy it for the XB1 that they planned to purchase anyway.  Th PC version is more than likely for the people not wanting an XB1(PS fans and PC entusiasts) at all or people who want to wait to buy an XB1 forafter a significat price drop.

given the current state of sales I think it will have a 150k week

NA will literally have to carry this game as the X1 seems already dead in EU; if I was MS I would've released the XB1 for remaining EU countries along with Titanfall, would've made for a big week/opening

Yeah that's a good point. The PS4 is still sold out in many European countries (I think?) so its not like MS had to rush to release the X1 there.

Yeah the PS4 is. Sony is expecting the PS4 to be in stock in April. But believe me, Microsoft has to make a release happen here quick, the domination has never been this big.
