HullBreach Studios will be bringing its first Wii U title, HullBreach: Uncloaked, to the eShop sometime in the future.


A whole bunch of details have surfaced for HullBreach Uncloaked. You can find a roundup of first information below.

- Single-player explorative RPG snadbox/mission-based
- Multiplayer interaction
- Commodity markets
- Third-person space shooter RPG
- Ships can be outfitted with secondary and primary weapon options
- This will create an action-oriented competitive atmosphere
- Collision detection and environment forces like gravity, which influence the matter surrounding player’s activities
- Game engine just now being put together
- Team has only just begun the process for the Nintendo Licence
- Core game is single-player
- Space-docks and planets will have multiplayer aspects
- These include commodity trading, shipyards, hailing other ships
- Multiplayer “fleet missions” must be marked on with a fleet
- Offline play support, but the full experience requires online
- Achievement and social aspects online
- Achievement system will likely have special items attached for big achievements
- Action, shooting, upgrading, exploration
- Entire universe encompasses 576 sectors
- In-game camera will be 3D on the TV as a third-person and cockpit view
- 2D overhead on the GamePad
- Playing without the TV will display 3D with a map toggle
- Controls will probably be configurable
- Would like to achieve 1080p and 60FPS
- New storylines could be DLC, but for free
- Only DLC that would cost something would likely be for new ship/weapon packages
- Ship classes have strengths and weaknesses
- These include speed, cargo capacity, crew capacity, firepower, warp drives, handling, sensor equipment, shields, and more
- Need different attributes for different missions
- Undecided on crowdfunding
- 3DS version is possible, but not at all confirmed
- Set about 2 generations after HullBreach Online

I don't really like mmo's but great news to those who do and like asteroid like shooters.
