Forums - Gaming - The COD killer....doubtful

peeps at activision know they need something new. they just dont think they need to do it just yet, they will still sell millions of copies, BUT when titanfall gets a fanbase and becomes more known and if titanfall 2 is multiplatform which is the only way to get the numbers needed, i believe it could go head to head with COD, this is EAs best chance at beating it.

I think Titanfall looks very good and from what i hear it is a pretty amazing game to play.

The question i pose is...What if COD BF or MW just simply copied Titanfall by adding Mechs and double jumping? How would that affect not only the legs of Titanfall but future sequels?

The above games already have a huge fanbase so why not give them the best features of titanfall so they dont dump your franchise.

You don't know what you're talking about. It's so much more than 'double jumping and mechs.'

Name some game I haven't played. I'll say 'Good game? Doubtful' and get a bunch of trolly clicks. Because I'm special and awesome. Like you.

I've seen gameplay videos and it's pretty much double jumping and mechs.

I've seen videos of surgery so I could pretty much explain the whole thing. 'Pretty much' is what people say when they are covering the fact that they don't really know what they are talking about.

surgery and playing a video game is'nt the samething. I'm pretty sure if I actually played the game,I'd get the same impression, smart guy.

Bots are useless,  they would be better as players... the only useful ia is titan ia.

12vs12 would be much better, but they prefered to let something to kill for the casuals

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

has any game killed another before? i dont think so

COD killed the original run of the MOH series.  From '99-'07 there was at least one MOH game released every year across all platforms.  '07 was coincidentally the year COD4 launched and made the series a perennial top seller every year.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
