The only new entry in this week’s top ten, Activision’s Spider-Man 3 has debuted at No1 in the ChartTrack All Formats Top 40.
ImageSpider-Man 3 recorded its highest sales on Xbox 360, which accounted for 45% of units sold, while PS2 sales made up 40%, Wii 10%, DS 4% and PC 1%.
Wii Play moves up two positions to No2 following a 30% increase in sales, aided by Wii hardware stock replenishment.
Sony’s God of War II drops to No3 after one week at the top, while Singstar Pop Hits moves up to No 4 and Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion slips to No5.
In its second week of release Buzz! The Mega Quiz climbs ten places to enter the top ten at No6, closely followed by FIFA 07 which re-enters the top 10 at No7 largely thanks to promotional bundling of the PC version.
EA’s Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 is in at No8 followed by Sega’s Vitua Tennis 3 and Nintendo’s Pokemon Ranger which slips five positions to No10.
