I think I'm in the wrong place...

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I need help ID'ing a PS1 game as well.

It was a vertical shooter run and gun like Commando, I watched a little on youtube awhile back and it started in the jungle, looked like an early PS1 game shooting guys and blowing up jeeps and things. There was an Army Men game that was similar but that's not it, any help would be great.
