I don't care for tacked-on multiplayer modes. I sometimes try them out for a few hours, but usually just stick to the single-player game.

Didn't  say it would hurts sales, as this game never had it. So the same people who bought it in the past, will most likely buy it now. However many might not buy in for this reason. So you can take my words out of context but thats not what I meant at all.

I am absolutely thrilled it is SP only. If this game is even 3/4 as fun as 1, 2, and Festival of Blood games I will be thrilled. It does not need multiplayer. Series has been stellar so far.

No co-op = no buy? That's the first time I hear that justification for what is a 90% single player experience, UGC being the other 10%.

Bioshock games don't have any MP modes and seem to be just fine. So this is really a non issue

co-op would have been fun, but hardly necessary. The first two infamous games were among my favorite games from the last gen, and they didn't have coop. This game is going to be freaking incredible, day 1 buy for me.

Bioshock 2 had MP. Bioshock 1 and Infinite had neither COOP or MP.
