How many of these digital sales were before the PS Vita released? How many are PS Vita/PS3 only, etc. If Sony sells anything compatible on the PSP, they shouldn't count it as Vita sales. They're doing this just to pad their numbers because the Vita doesn't have sh** worth purchasing outside of a few games here and there.

If digital is doing so good on the Vita, then how come we've only received three or four decent games in the past year?  Out of, what, 50?  46 of them being indie ports or PS3 ports.

I've owned a PSV since launch and I've bought a grand total of 3 retail games. Everything purchased after that first year has been digital.

And while I do like being able to buy large games on pre made memory chips (I don't really care about owning a physical copy to display or re-sell since I don't peddle in used games) for the purpose of conserving memory chip space, it is far more convenient to simply have everything installed on one memory card that doesn't need to be swapped.

Well, there a lot of digital-only games, but it should be around 25-30% for games with retail version.

far more than 48% of mine are digital only 2 retail games and with plus I've lost count of my vita games. part of that though is that so few places have the physical copies of the games. Looked for tearaway and never saw it so I went for the digital.

other interesting things in the article was the 1/3 of vita owners with a ps4 and the 250,000 of those using remote play.

They shouldn't have made the slim, at least not yet but instead drop the memory card price because honestly theres nothing in it that warrants that much money.

I'm not surprised by this. I have only Tearaway as retail version, everything else i've bought has been digital. PSN and PSPLUS make digital very attractive on the Vita.
