Given how Capcom have been dumping Megaman like a sack of potatoes, I'd say either Chris Redfield or Leon Kennedy would be a lot more relevant a mascot for them.

Similarly, Marcus Fenix would be much more representative of Microsoft than Banjo, whom they don't seem to like.

Marvelous AQL's two characters seem as obscure as hell. Add "big-busted ninja" from Senran Kagura and I think you'd be onto more of a winner, nameless or not. If you're talking about Marvelous AQL USA, Adol Christin would be a better choice since they seem to be localizing every Ys game.

I feel like Laharl is much more representative of NISA than the Disgaea 4 guy. I'd choose Prinny & Neptune from Hyperdimension Neptunia if it were me, since that seems to be their other core series.

Sony's mascot is Toro Inoue. Like, officially. I'd also say Kratos is more central to their brand than Drake or Sackboy.

Bub and Bob for Square Enix? Slime from Dragon Quest would again be more representative.

Tecmo Koei - pick anyone from Dead or Alive (Kasumi would be a good choice) or anyone from Dynasty Warriors (Lu Bu would be a good choice), but Atelier is niche as hell and Rorona isn't even a good representation at that (I'd have chosen Totori).

Yeah you're right. I think it's listed under Epic because they bought Titan Studios that made the game.

I agree with some of them being strange picks. I think the maker wanted to combine a "serious" character with a " playful" character and that's why eg. both Ryu and Chris Refield or both Master Chief and Marcus Fenix aren't together??

Why is Nathan Drake with Sackboy? He isn't even 1/11 as popular as Kratos and if the reasoning is because Kratos is a psycho then so is Drake, he goes around murdering hundreds of people for treasure.

I'd vote for Sony (Kratos and Sackboy) and out of the list not including the 3 console manufacturers I'd choose EA for Commander Shephard alone. 

Not one specific but a lot of iconic characters like Kratos, Drake, Sackboy, Jak, Ratchet, Sly, Toro, etc.
